I have a significant level of expertise in the underpinning technologies in web application development. I've been using HTML5 and CSS3 for years, but have been working with the web long enough to remember other flavours of mark-up such as using XSLT to generate XHTML from XML.
For styling I prefer to use libraries like Bootstrap 5 to help with gridding, standardisation of things and applying resets, typically using SCSS compilers to generate my output.
